Brake Pads

I'm in need of new brake pads this spring and wanted to know if anyone has used the Performance Friction Carbon Metallic Pads from LPE. http://www.lingenfelter.com/lingenfelter/product.asp?dept_id=15&pf_id=518 Any info would be great.

What other brands of pads would you recommend?

I'm running the PFC Carbon Metallic. Part # is Front=4124 + Rear=4134. These are 1 step below the PFC-Z that you listed. I got them from Autozone instead of doing mail order. About $120 for all 4 corners when I got them well over a year ago.
I like them except for when they are stone cold. You do need to let them warm up a bit. They stop well. They do dust but not terrible. I see no problems with rotor wear and tear. They look they're holding up well. Come with a 1 yr warranty.
The pads I took off were on the car when I bought it and I couldn't tell what brand they were. So I don't have experience with other brands on the car to compare too.

I'm running Green Stuff pads on my 87. I beleive they are made by EBC. It improved my braking noticably and after a months break-in they leave very little dust. Total for front and rears was somewhere near $150. I ordered mine through LTB Motorsports and a month later they e-mailed me and said the rears were on back-order and would take three to four months. I e-mailed them a couple of weeks ago and they said they had told me the rears were canceled and refunded my money. I never received any sort of refund and told the guy and he said that according to their records I had so now my bank is going after my money from them. Real PITA.

Thanks for your replies. I was just checking out the Green Stuff pads and they seem very compairable. I am not too concerned with the amount of brake dust. I'd like it to be less then the stock pads, but it's not too big of a deal for me. I'd rather have them quite, but perform better then stock.

I figured I'd order tires and pads at the end of the month to get ready for the spring. Oh come on spring!!!!! I need a drive......or a drink.
