Brake rotors warped :(

Well Bad news .
Been making drive by some slower cars onna "highway" here , one the two more , hit 120 mph , then had to brake fast and , well it was vibrating before a bit , but now it was shaking baaaad !!
question is : what rotors should I go with . Don' wanna buy stocks , make a couple of hard braking and get that warpage again
And it says Only DOT 3 onna cap , but I heard DOT 4 has a higher boiling point .Can I upgrade to DOT 4 ??
You know for safety . Don' wanna get fade ether .
Ordered new polybushings for front too .

i have heard good things about slot rotors, you get more cooling and with no wholes no cracks. which is happening to some rotors that are sloted and drilled.
