Well as you know I have been inquiring about the Brembo Brake System . It is not possible to get it. They can not get the dust boots. so as a car that I sometimes drive that is not an option. Callaway is working on a set from Alcon I will have the details sometime next week.

I'm glad to see they are taking my suggestion from Carlisle seriously. I told them that there are C5 to C4 brake kits on the market already. Therefore the Alcon brakes they have developed for the C5s should bolt right to the C4 with the right parts.

The brakes they had at Carlilse will not work with the C4 . I already checked that out. The Brembo brakes that they had I believe were Callaway specific .

If the Alcons will bolt to a stock C5, which I thought they would, they would logically bolt to a C4 with the same kit that allows stock C5 brakes to bolt to a C4. Why won't they work? Did they provide an reason? They sure would be nice on the C4 because they look great and have "Callaway" machined on the caliper.

If the name isn't a big thing to you and you just want to stop fast you could always go with the Big Red Brembos from the Porsche Carrera. There is a C4 kit for them as well.
