I had the BSM's (body side moldings ) on my 2001 and really didn't like the way they looked. After checking into the Action Center I found a suggestion on how to remove them.. Just go to your local fishing supply store and get some 40 lb. test..Work it like a saw,as described, it heats up enough to go thru the glue by friction but does nothing to harm the Paint ,the strips will separate from the body :).. A little thumb rubing and the remaining glue will roll off. Wax it up and done...
