bulbs on driving and turn signals

how hard is it to change the driving lights and turning signal bulbs to green and also do you think i would get pulled over alot

Probably, depending upon where you live.

You can probably find bulb dye to do this, but check your local laws before doing it. Green lignts in some states are only for volunteer or part-time firefighters or EMT's. They can only be used while responding to an emergency call in their personal vehicle.
