C1 Details Details... Trunk lid pop up spring retainer

Having trouble finding a trunk lid pop up spring retainer. Not in any of the catalogs as far as I can see. The GM part # is 3797822. Any suggestions appreciated.

Did you try Paragon? They secured me the rubber bumper that attaches to the end of the spring. If you call and they do not have the part you need they will normally advise where you can locate the part. They also have used parts.

The triangular one that mounts on the car? try Mary Jo or grossmueller corvette.

Hi Ray, I did try Paragon... no suggestions from them. They have the spring & bumper but not the retainer. I haven't tried Grossmuellers or Mary Jo as vintagevette suggested but will do so. I usually avoid Mary Jo on larger orders as her pricing seems to be about 30 to 60% higher on many items I've priced lately including front grille, grille mouldings, grille bar etc.
