Does anybody know if the diefroster outlets are the same thru out the years.I need to replace mine and I see the earleyer ones are chrome (mine is a 62)

Also I need to add back up lights to my car,I am stairing at my 66 and the out side light on it are blinker and brake and the inside are the back up light.are the rear lights on a 66 the same as on a 62 could I just order the rear lighting from a 66.If not I may just get a set of rear back up lights from a 68 camaro and cut them in to the rear some place

I know I have to do some rewiring

here is what I did for my 76 back up light it is a small fog/driving light from autozone

You could put midyear clear backup light lenses in your inboard taillights and wire them up as backup lights like '63-'66 had; '61-'67 lenses are all the same.

Is that what I think it is ...and where can I get a pair ...Not using my own..

They come in different colours, but I'll let Craig have the pleasure of telling where he got it.

they come in different colors from here but poke around their website for many other goodies, I do a lot of Christmas shopping there.

Are the 62 double filament bulbs as the midyear ones are? The easey fix seems just to put in the stock style back up lamps.

I had seen some where a set of LED rear tail lamps (not just bulbs but entire lamps )for the midyears anybody else see these? I cant find them now
