C1 Seat How much weight till you bottom out??

Just redid my seat bottom covers including foam burlap/cotton etc. Happy with the way they look and all. Nice even seams and corners. I sat down on them and they feel very good and bounce back nice but I'm only 150+ lbs. and I think someone over 200+ lbs. would bottom out in these seats. The driver side has new springs and feels a little better but I was expecting a bit more stiffness. Is this normal?? thanks for your comments.

I have completely rebuilt 57' seats in the 57' and am 250+ and don't bottom out.I have some clapped out 61' seats in the other 57' and am pretty close to bottoming those out.

I re-used my springs and inserted new foam. I wish my seats were a little softer (they are hard). I weight about 160lb and it feels like I am setting on a park bench. I think it must be my age but I sort of like the old rocking chair comfort feel with 270 Horse Power.

My seats in the "Duce" are original and at 6`1" 230 no bottom out. In fact they still look like new. My head hits the soft top frame every once in a while though and I have more room with the hardtop. But the seats are fine! So i`m really no help at all to you.
