I've rebuilt the carb and have it back in the vette. Not one inkling of the problems I had with it when I bought the car. I really can't tell much difference between the holley and edelbrock performance but that's good. The edelbrock was performing beautifully and now the holley does too. Interesting though, the engine sounds different with the holley. It has a deeper, sporty tone as compared to the edelbrock. No it's not in my head. My son noticed it too. If you know why, I'd sure love to hear it. Again thanks for all the assistance. Bill
