Approximately the same as a new Z-06.

A few years ago, when the mortgage was just about gone, I pondered two choices:
i) buy a beautiful new Z-06
- or -
ii) rebuild my '67 into "my" idea of the ultimate classic.

Realizing that I hadn't seen a midyear on the roads of Southern Ontario for over ten years (except for car shows, cruise-ins, etc.) and recognizing that us "old-timers", like most people, preferred the cars (and the music) of our formative years, the choice was simple for me.

So, I decided to rebuild my '67 the way I always wanted to.....the handling and reliability of a new Corvette.....but with substantially more horsepower and torque than a new Z-06, combined with the classic lines of a midyear coupe.

What does my wife think about all this? She loves me...... :love

With all of my beauty and talent, can't say I blame her. :D (Holy crap, I'm starting to sound like you Americans ;LOL )

I gotta remember to update the link to your site on my page now Bob. ;)
