C3 owner need opinion on C5

I need some advice on this C5 on ebay. I know the mileage is a little high but what would be a fair price for this one? How rare is the targa top? This one seems to be very well kept.

First.........CARFAX
Take the vin # to a local GM dealer and see if they will check the records for service and repairs.
See if someone can look at the car in person if not yourself. (There are a lot of flood and/or storm damage cars in Fl.)

Second........Seems a little pricey with those miles, just my .02.

Third.......Look at all of the info and if it's what you want get it.......Remember, it's at a car dealer.......so deal, make an offer, walk away and let they come after you.

The targa top is the standard model. In 2001, the models included the Z06 (fixed roof), the convertible, and the coupe with the targa top. The targa top is available painted body color, or as a transparent lexan type of material. It is shaded, but you can see through it.
