Sure, you and I can go find a ragged out C4 selling for cheap. That doesn't mean they are all worth the same. Also, some people sell them cheap just to get rid of them as they make pretty good money, so the price hit doesn't really matter to them.

I'm sure I can find a ragged out Ferrari selling for cheap, does that mean all the other Ferrari's are worth the same as a ragged out one selling for cheap? No.
