C4 HVAC Low Output Condition

Please help me diagnose low fan output for my C4. Dealer tells me HVAC control unit/head could be faulty or HVAC could be blocked. Fan thru automatic temperature control works 1 - 10, but all hot / cold outputs seem to be about 25% of what they should be. Heat and air conditioning working fine. Dealer discounted idea of faulty fan blower - stating above 2 remedies usually cure symptoms.


Any suggestions as to where to start?

Did they look at the core for blockage? If it's been leaking freon over a period of time, it will have an oily/dirt build up that will restrict the flow.

Take out the HVAC unit and clean the contacts with an eraser.
Then inspect for the blockage, I bet thats the problem.
