C5 interior question

What year did the dash on C5s come in colors other than black? I noticed that almost all C5s with the Oak or Grey interior still have black dash boards and door sills, but I did see one with a full Oak interior. Is that on the 2003 anniversary edition only?

2003 50th anniversary edition only. It was called Shale interior and wheels.

And the 2004 Commenorative Edition coupes and verts have the Shale interior!
