I have seen them inserts that go into the rocker slots , are these a good and functional idea with a regular floor jack, I also seen some tech articles showing where to jack on the front/rear crossovers under the vehicle, there were wrong places and write places outlined where a jack should go on these crossovers, but I am very leary about jacking a cast metal for support whether they say you can or not, any suggestions would be great, I just purchased a 1998 yesterday, so the questions are gonna be flying, lol

thnx in advance

Merry Christmas

the Kwik lift would be great, but the 1K price tag is out of the question for now,lol (at least that is what the Boss(wife) says)

I use lift pucks I made out of Aluminum:

Most times I put it on my lift but I also use a jack.

Here's some additional ways of jacking a C5. Hang around parking garages at up-market hotels. Carry a big gun and look really scarey.
