I can't recall exactly where the options tag is in the car but it seems I've heard either inside the console cover or the glove compartment cover. If I can locate an answer I'll edit and correct this post.
This link: http://www.corvetteactioncenter.com/specs/c5/2002/2002order.html is the "Dealer Order Guide" for the 2002 car and it goes into a little more detail as to what is in the different trim level packages and shows the RPO codes for specific items within a package.
The "Service Parts Identification" sticker should be on the inside of the glove box door. The RPO codes are in alpha sequence and some code identify part of the build process and does not point to a specific item on the car. For example, RPO BGR simply stands for Bowling Green assembly
Codes don't always change between generations; Some of the order porcessing codes and even option codes are the same as the C4 codes. Some of these C4 codes also apply to the C5 http://www.corvetteactioncenter.com/tech/rpo/8496rpo.html
