Hi All,
I purchased my '99 C5 in October. As incredible as this sounds, I drove it from the sellers garage to my garage and it has been sitting there waiting for Spring. Oh, the agony! It's hooked up to a battery tender, so I don't have to worry about running down the battery. But, I start it at least once a month and let it run a good 20 minutes just to get the juices flowing. An issue that I've noticed is that with the window up, the window glass rubs on the convertible top every time I open or close the door (especially when closing). There is a very small wear mark/tear on the top that was caused by the rubbing. Is there any way to avoid or correct this issue? I'd hate for the tear to get worse, especially if it's due to my lack of knowledge. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!
