C6 Die Cast

Is it true that only Hot Wheels is going to be producing C6 die cast models? I was in the ExoticCar store in Manhattan yesterday and that is what I was told by the salesman. Please say it isnt so. I was hoping AutoArt would be making one. The hot wheels die cast are nice but AutoArt makes some real nice stuff.

I seem to remember reading such. I got a black and a silver Hot Wheels convertible, 1/18. These are the only C6's I have seen in any scale.
Some have been on ebay. Not a regular ebayer.
