Does anyone know any facts or specs i know it is supposed to me named blue devil or lt1 or something and could have a mid mounted engine and have 6-7 bhp and compete wit cars like the enzo, carrera gt and expensive top end supercars and the vette will only cost like 100 grand

thank you sooooo much! i joined here like 20 minuts ago and i already have gotten a
reply that has told me exactly what i wanted to hear and i know that seams sarcastic but realy thanx! alot! and just so you know it will be called blue devil because it is supposed to attract the attention of duke alum rick wagoneer

i think the c6 z06 will beat or equal the gt and the blue devil will compete with the carrera gt and stuff

The C6 "Blue Devil" will be the Super Vette Lutz was talking about when he said " they will have a Corvette that will SUCK the doors off the GT 43 & Viper".

625 hp. or so with a projected curb weight ~ 2900 lbs. should do the job! Now @ 100 LARGE, the market becomes somewhat smaller!

For the average "Hard Core enthusiast" ( David Hill's description), the C6 Z06 @ 500 + hp. will satisfy!!!

The one and only Blue Devil was wrecked on the test track about a month ago. Not sure of all the details, got this info from a friend that got the info from inside Chevy. Complete loss.

Just wait a year or seven then pick one up used. That is my plan, lol!

i think the c6 zo6 will beat the gt and viper and the blue devil will be aiming higher
(murcielago,enzo,carrera gt) end prob. win

do u think cuz the blue devil crashed they wont make one, that would suck soooo much i could cry :( they gotta make it i know 100 grand is alot but to rich car guys
it is not to much especialy for that much
performance i think they will especially if they have already made one

A correction to the above info on the Blue Devil... it actually burned up on the track. Didn't wreck as I originally stated, although I don't have all the details. I should be able to get more information Jan 6th when I see my friends that have the info.

i had also read it cought on fire but i heard they said the fuel mixture might have been to rich and it was more an error of a mechanic and i didnt have any engine problems or somthin and they said it wont sway them away on building it:Twist

Production is very possible

History shows that the General doesn't have a problem outsourcing to make a "supercar" out of the new vette. Do the terms "ZR-1" and "C4" recall any memories for anyone?

thanx i know gm has maid excellent supercars in the past but i just wanna see a moder supercar to compete with the other modern supercars and i think this blue devil will and i think it will beat if not equal them

i wonder what the performance specs will be the only way i can get an even close estemate is playing grand turismo 3 getting a vette giving it 625bhp lightening it but even then i dont know the gear ratios or anything else there r just so many diff. thing to think about and there is just so little we know to even try to estimate

I though this might clear up some things. I got this straight off of the Chevrolet web site.

Hmmm, this does help maybe I can try something see how it would drive, HA!, Grand Turismo is real driving. But still it's close
