C6 Tires

Does anyone know if either of the two C6 tires (the regular or the asymmetrical) is/will be made in C5 sizes?

BTW, Corvette Quarterly had a big spread on the C6 and a couple of pages on the new tires. These new run-flats have more 'compliance' in the side wall than previous run-flats from GoodYear. That makes them ride smoother and quieter and handle better. --- It also means they are only rated for 100miles without air.----

This is half the mileage rating the previous GY EMTs have but still twice that of the other run-flat tire companies.

I'll seriously consider buying C6 wheels and installing them on my 03 if need be.

I don't think I would buy C6 wheels, being in one of the pot-hole capitals of the US. The lower profile tires just look like more problems to me. However, if I could get the "high profile" C5 tire sizes I might jump at them.

In any event, I can always opt for Michelins. Nothing will be done until spring anyway.
