My dealer in SA just called they received two C6's. A white coupe with red interior and a magnetic red with cashmere interior. I drive a 2003 torch red coup. In comparison, I was content with the new body style and interior, but a little disappointed. I expected a much better looking interior. The exterior, looks much smaller "compact" then C5, lines are similar but balanced. My preferance of the two is the magnetic red. I still have not decided what to do, the dealers are giving much for trade-ins, expecting every corvette owner to trade-up. The long antecipation I fear has caused me to over imagine what to expect in the new C6. I hope to test drive one of these soon. Neither has the z51 package and I will return with my personnel thoughts. Not a bad looking vehicle, but I am not yet ready to release my C5.

I just saw a truckload of Corvettes on I-90 outside Buffalo NY. :beer

I guess they want to get them here before the snow flies.

After watching the C6's roll off the assembly in Bowling Green last Friday. . . I love my '04 more than I did before. The '05's aren't what I expected. Too skinny!:L . . . beautiful yes. . .

kccgeo,

What dealer in SA? I'd like to go check it out.

I stopped at my local chevy dealer today...they said any day now...Lots of 04's on sale there

I have been a corvette fan since I was a little boy. I have to admit that the C6 is going to have to grow on me. I am anxious to hear some reviews from the folks here. I, too, think the C6 looks too small and I am having a hard time liking the head lights. I haven't seen one up close and personal yet but hope to soon.

I saw my first C6 in black at my dealer yesterday. I was a bit unsure, especially with the interior. It almost felt as if I was sitting in a Malibu!! For me, it will take some time to get used to the front end while the back end looks pretty good.
