Good morning everyone
Two days ago the local paper came out with this ad.

For Sale: 1988 vette 350,6 speed Turbo, Gold rims, 2800.00 worth of new parts last summer. 6800.00 trades considered.

Does this sound like a callaway vette ? If so what would one be worth in good running condition. I've tried to call the number listed with the ad, but no answer yet. If I can't afford it, is anyone else interested?

Thanks for any info

no definitely not a Callaway...Im probably going to have to sell my 35k mile 88. The price is $25k and its a bargain.

If i had the money , it would be sitting in my driveway by now.

It sounds like something cobbled together. It's WAY too cheap to be a Callaway. Plus I think they'd say Callaway in the ad. The C4 also did not have a 6 speed in 1988 unless it was added later. They came with the 4+3.

Maybe the comma is in the wrong place and it's "Turbo Gold Rims"... :puke

I think Kevin may be right here :cool
If it turns out to be real and you pass on it... The line forms behind me:Silly
