just be cut out of this 1991 Corvette, or is there a chance it is hooked into the alarm system and removing it unskillfully will cause problems. This car was once owned by a Wall Street type and he, no doubt, made big deals selling mortgages to old ladies!

I'd trace the power wires back to the power source and remove them.
