can't find option # for factory roll bar?

Hi I'm getting ready to list for sale our 1963 roadster. It has a
factory installed roll bar. I can't find this option listed. Nor can I find another car with one listed for sale, will someone please help
with any info.

Welcome abourd steve I know of No known option in 1963 for a factory roll bar,What makes you think its a factory roll bar?

how come your selling it?

I worked for Chevy in 1963, and I purchased a 63 roadster that year. I never heard of a factory rollbar. There were aftermarket rollbars, though, and many owners made their own for their race cars.

There was never a factory-installed roll bar, either standard or optional; they were done by owners or race shops.
