2) Is low cost the primary concern or are you looking for a good cover and are willing to pay extra for it?

it would be for outdoors, particulary for the the winter months. Looking to spend between $175 to $200 if this is possible

Order a good quality, breathable, all weather, flannel lined (or equivalent) cover. My previous two were by Wolf; my most recent two came from Willcox. You want C3 specific. Skip the generic one-size fits all because they don't.
