As you guys know the Callaway crew along with a few others from the Callaway Owners Group went to Englishtown yesterday. I just wanted to share the latest with the forum members. Click here to check out some video clips and pictures of the fun from yesterday.

I hope to see you all at Corvettes at Carlisle Aug. 26-28!
Regards,

Lance

Lance,

That is just fantastic! Congratulations! :m

I can't wait to see the car in person.

Just one, question. We those slicks mounted on OZ 3 pc wheels? :D
Me likes those!

Luigi-

The tires are Mickey Thompson DOT (Streetable) tires...

They hookup very well - trust me!!

Thanks,

Lance

Lance I saw the car going out for a testdrive on Tuesday afternoon. It looked good and sounded even BETTER...

Lance, it was great to see you Mark (FX GS) and the others who were there at the show yesterday! I know some folks really wanted to go but got hung up doing other things around the house :(

All in all, it was an awesome day and cool to see the C 3 6 stretch its legs, winning everthing except the car show - apparently, the C 3 6 isn't a waxer ;)

You have an awesome piece of machinery - and history as well :upthumbs :v

...in the meantime, check out this runner-up in the autocross competition :eek

Link>> King of the Lake :ugh

No worries!

Carlisle will host a bundle of them during the weekend, each Callaway owner will indeed get one!

See you there,

Lance

Jeroen-

You should come to Corvettes at Carlisle!!! August 26-28, it's a bit of a fly/drive for ya though. I'll send you one in the mail with my signature on it if you would like. Just email me when you have some time: lancem@carsatcarlisle.com. Unfortunately Reeves won't be at the event, so it'll be tough getting his autograph on the picture (sorry!).

Hope to hear from you soon,

Lance

Thanks Lance, :upthumbs

I am saving money to buy me a SNAT convertible or CR1 in a few year

so I cannot afford to make any additional trips to the USA now, :ugh

:) I respect that!

Lance

Lance,
This is a very fast car!
I will miss seeing it and hearing it, when it goes home.
Big John.

I promise, it'll be in good hands! :)

Lance

Sorry you can't make it this year - we hope you can next year! It's already packed at the event & it's Thursday!!!

Talk to you soon & look for some great photographs on our website after the event!

Glad you like the poster bud!

Lance

Carlisle Callaway was presented back to Lance, exactly one year after the project began - Congrats Lance on the project and the FTD in the autocross for the Carlisle Callaway this past weekend! :upthumbs

Amazingly, during the course, a red zr1 outran the course and went off into the grass - someone said, " at least there wasn't a lake nearby" :ugh

That is the 3rd time it has taken top honors in an autocross! :m :v

Chris-

Thank you for all of your support bud. What a great project - nothing like making a ton of new friends along the way. Life is good...

Talk to you soon,

Lance

PS Check out the pics of the winners online!
