well I did not think it was going to be this tough to re-install the carpet in my 84, having a tough time with it and just looking for some advice on what to do and what not to do. Thanks! Scott ;help

Measure twice, cut once.

Take your time and enjoy it.....:beer

I replaced my 89 coupes black wih red last year, kit from mid- america corvette, all i can say is ,get really good glue. All in all it fit ok, close someplaces but doable,do it agian ? no way!by the by my black was in ok con. just wanted the red to lighten it up inside , if ya know someone who needs a set of black let me know Ill sell it pretty cheap. I dont know that measuring twice helps,I dcut my pcs. largerthan what ya pull out.the org shinks and only held in by the factory stuff,Icut largerand use it 4 a templet you will be hard pressed to get it back and have it stay,if ya dont, otherwise is ok

I did mine this spring. It helps to let the new large pieces sit out side in the sun to warm them up a little. It also eliminates the folds from packing. Take your time.

oh yes sun heat helps!
