HI

I do not have the time nor the head to install new carpeting in my vette at present.

If l order the carpeting, where can l have them installed??

Should l call and auto body shop, restoration shop or ??

I'm going to have to order and entire front section even though l only need one small piece.

Alan

p.s. l live in central New Jersey if you know of anybody who can install the carpeting.

I would reconsider if I were you. I replaced ALL the carpeting in my 86, and it took only about 5 hours, while in the parking lot of the apartment I lived in at the time. All you need is a screw driver, a ratchet with a couple of sockets, and some adhesive.

??????????????????

Hi

That is what l thought, until l read several threads, but keep in mind that l have a 96 and there must be a difference.

If it's just the front section, it's real easy. Once you take the seat out, it's wide open. You should also think about the insulation below. After a while it gets so thin and frayed.
