My catalytic converter was making a noise like it had nuts bouncing around in it. So I took it off and found that everything inside was falling apart. I broke it all out and reinstalled it. Is this going to cause any problems? Or will it just run better now that there is nothing blocking the flow.

Thank you

You'll have no issues, and will have less back pressure, which is better flow. Does your Start have emmision testing..? that might be an issue if they do. were I live, I run true exhaust systems straight through, but I'm exempt from testing because of the age of the cars.
