Center Wheel Hub Caps/Covers Needed

Where can I find replacement hub caps that are approximately 7" in diameter? The wheels I have are "Western" aluminum mags and they have 7" diameter plastic chrome caps that fit into the center of the wheel to cover the lug nuts and 6 1/2" center hole.

Does GM have anything that will replace these worn/missing center caps?

I have searched various vendor sites but none seem to provide dimensions of the center caps.

You may be able to find something on Summit Racing's website; I was able to find centers for my American Racing 'hurricane' wheels, most of the product descriptions had pictures and specs.
