Changing Noisy front brake pads

OK, I just picked up new AC front pads, should I put some Anti-squeal brake crud on them or not.

If anyone has changed fronts with factory units please let me know how I can quiet the brakes up.:ugh

And the car is getting quieter, at least with the rattles and groans, I just replaced the blower motor, Ahhhhhhh.

Yes, if they don't come with it applied, but only on the back side of them.:W
