i have a 92 vette with a very stock LT1, and don't have much money, but would like some performance upgrades.

i really don't have a price range, but like i said cheap, like a few hundred..... anyone have any good reliable suggestions on mods they've done

thanks!

Cheap

Best bang for the buck is a new rear. Likely $1000 plus if you do the install and trade in your old core. But it's by far the best bang for the buck.

Have you done any mods to your car yet, so we'll know where your at?

no, haven't done any mods......... very stock

For under $1000 you might want to upgrade the exhaust. I recommend Corsa for the LT1. Nice sound and honest HP improvement.

For under/around $100, get a K&N filter and open top for the air box.

Computer chips don't seem to make that much difference. Air foils seem to be a waste also.

What do you have in mind?

I recommend the exhaust first. It will give you a few hp gains and the results are tangible. :D
