That’s a Bob McDorman dealer plaque. When I bought my new ’93 at McDormns, I told them I wouldn’t take delivery of the car if it had any plaques applied to the car! They’re a great dealer, but I wasn’t going to cover up my Vette with any extra add-ons for anybody!
