Chevrolet has finally unveiled its first all-wheel drive hybrid Corvette with a 2.5 second 0-60 time and 655hp!
Earlier this morning, Chevrolet finally took the wraps off the long-awaited 2024 Corvette E-Ray hybrid.
Featuring an electric all-wheel drive system paired to the standard Corvette's LT2 V8 engine with 495hp, Chevrolet states that the E-Ray will put out 655 combined horsepower, with a 2.5 second 0-60 time and a 10.5 second quarter mile.
Using an electric drive unit mounted to the Corvette's front-axle, output of just the e-AWD system will be 160hp. That means, that when you want to take advantage of the E-Ray's new "Stealth Mode" for optimal escape without detection, you'll be running on only the e-AWD system with short-time capability.
