I have initiated an order with one of the three largest national dealers for a new C6: Maxieprice; Les Stanford; and Kerbeck.

So far, I am disturbed by the unresponsiveness of the sales person I am dealing with, who need only provide me with timely paperwork and advice on the ordering-to-delivery process. I won't say which one I am dealing with, but I am ready to jump ship.

Having tried to go through small local dealers (big markups, limited allocations, delays) I was convinced to try the national dealers. I don't want to suffer through months of unreturned phone calls and excuses.

Any opinions based on your personal experiences would be most appreciated. Nobody likes being taken for granted while plunking down $55T.

I have been pleased with the flow of information and responsiveness of Monica at Maxie Price. HDjr:w

I have dealt with all three, one much more so than the other two, but enough with all three to get a good feel for them. All are knowledgeable, courteous, and got back to me via phone or email within a day or so. These folks sometimes get really busy, especially now with the big '04 discounts. I don't know the details of your situation, so it is difficult to make any comment. It is possible that they accidentally forgot about you while under pressure to get a bunch of other things done. Mistakes happen. Or maybe they just misunderstood that you were asking a question or two and expecting prompt answers. Might be worth calling them and openly expressing your concerns. At least that way you can determine for certain if a problem really exists. Good luck.

I have been VERY happy with Monica at Maxie Price. She constantly keeps me in the loop regarding everything, and has been super helpful with all my questions and concerns regarding this expensive purchase. I even decided to slip my order date back a few weeks, and she had no problem with it. She was very prompt in all the paperwork too.

I'd give her service a 9.5 outta 10. The only reason is that her deposit is $2000, others are less. But it all goes into the price of the car anyway, so who cares?

hey guys, I dont know if I can say this, but if any of you are in socal, Rydell Auto Group in the San Fernando valley is going to price their C6's at probably around 200 off MSRP. They dont mark up and have no haggle pricing.
