Hey guys...Hows the weather up there? :D :D

You probably don't want to know, but it was in the high 60s today, a bit cool but bearable. Now Im thinking about taking the b2k out for a ride :t :L

must be nice ;)

Surf, I drove both Callaways last Thurs, before the weather event now everything is tucked away nicely...

My 11hp 30" cut snowblower delivered as promised - no sweat :beer

4wd cuts on though and the private neighborhood plows have been through at least 2 times and the DOT plows have gone by as well :)

We are fine here... I hope it doesn't intensify on it's way North :(

Thats good to hear...you guys be careful up there.

BBBBRRRRRR!!!!!

Well right now I am looking at 18 inches of the white stuff . I too fired up the 10 hp 29" cut snowblower and worked up a sweat helping out the Neighbors with their driveways . I look forward to seeing you all on friday. Hey Luigi don't forget to bring up some SUN and WARMTH with you .

Folks,

As Surf mentioned, it has been quite nice (actually in the high 70's to low 80's all the way) down here.

I'll bring some of the warmth and sunshine up with me.

I'm looking forward to seeing you all and seeing the birth place of my B2K.

Luigi

Well we're getting hammered here. Should be well over 2 feet by the time it lets up tomorrow around noon. I've got a THIRD interview scheduled with the same company tomorrow at 1pm. If they are open I'll be there if we get 5 feet of snow!

Looking forward to Friday as well. It is supposed to warm up to around 40 by the end of the week. I guess Luigi is bringing the "spring like" weather.

Let me be the first to say we all had a great day at Callaway today! Super tour of the shop and lots of good information. We got to see Pete's Aerobody in the making too. Looking good!

I swear that we'd race mopeds if that's what we all were driving! :Steer :bu

What happens when you have a Taurus rental car, a tricked out Jeep GC and a Lincoln Navigator on I-95 all piloted by Callaway crazies? Ask Pete... Thanks for lunch man!! :beer

Visit to CALLAWAY

I must say I think the race was fixed ..LOL It was a pleasure to meet up with all of you again . The Callaway people were great and provided us with alot of information. I am glad we could all get together again. A good time was had by all . I can't wait to get my car back after seeing it today I don't think I could wait more than a couple of weeks to get it back..I really like the way the stainless steel looks in the side panels. I look forward to seeing some pics posted.

Made it home

Guy's - Had an ABSOLUTE BLAST!!!:upthumbs
here's my take on today...

Ten Reasons a Trip To Callaway Cars was better than going to work today ;)

10. The Lobster Bisque at the Chowder Pot (Thurs)
9. Sitting in the C7
8. Seeing the Foreman car ;)
7. Checking out the stockpiles of N.O.S. parts and the prototypes - including 1/2 of the 100+ pkg :eek
6. Seeing the molds for Aero lenses & having the process to mfr. explained
5. The GRAND tours given :) - TOTAL Access
4. Opening the new Dymags (in the boxes still :D )
3. Checking out Pete's car & the shop that does the Aerobodies.
2. The drive between exits 54 and 71 ;)
1. The chance to get back together w/ everyone :)

Thanks EVERYONE - Had a great time today :beer

In friendship, Chris *89x2*

Thanks to Joanne, Scott, Mike, Ted, and Wayne for all the time they spent with us and for opening their doors to us! :D

Thanks to Reeves for his remote support (and sent greetings from Germany).

There was no better way to spend a Friday playing hookie. I never thought that Callaway would give us as much insight into their new OEM programs and was pleasantly surprised to learn quite a lot!

It was great to see everyone and do some SUV racing. I checked the video and it's official folks.... The Navi did hit 90+ documented miles per hour :eek

Sometimes the best kept secrets are just that. We drove back and forth a couple times before we could find "Final Finish". You'd never guess by looking at the outside of that building that there are master craftsmen working inside there. Wow to say the least. Pete's car is definitely looking good with the new Aerobody installation.

One thing I think we all learned is that in order to derive further support from Callaway is that we all have to stay in constant contact and purchase from them as often as we can. It was intriguing to see all of the misc parts in the warehouse. What happens when their all gone?? Well.. if the bottom line shows that Callaway is making enough dollars to continue supporting the TT cars then obviously they will. Everyone has good intentions but the real bottom line is that it's a business and the business has to flourish. Purchase from them whenever you can!! Have your wives, girlfriends and/or family buy everything from there for your birthday or Xmas!
