Chrome Wheels?

Hi;

I have a problem with my chrome rims. The barrels of the rims are flaking and look like crap but the 5 spokes are fine. These are after market wheels with a 3 yr. warranty on the chrome but like all warrantys the rims are 4 yrs. old.
I was wondering if any members have had any dealings with wheelcollision. They have a set of original corvette polished and clear-coated wheels in x-lent condition for $1200 + $80.00 shipping.
Also if anybody has any suggestion on the best way to go. I don't see anymore chrome in the future. Being retired maintance is not a problem. I think the S.W. Florida salt air might have been the downfall of the chrome rims.

For $1300. it may do well to contact them and c o m p l a i n.
They may do something for you. Never hurts to try.
Sometimes takes talking to top man/woman in charge.
They were never in the rain and only driven to the icecream stand on Sat., rainless, nites.
