Climate control buttons and radio

The first three buttons (Off, Auto,Recirc.) work but if I press any other buttons to the right, I can't get back to the first three no matter how hard I try. For example, I can go to Defrost but then can't shut Off. Also my radio Tune and Auto buttons also work only intermittently....or not at all. Any help would be appreciated.

I've had a similar problem. The only right way is to take it apart and clean everything with alcohol. Wipe off all the pads and contact points. This needs to be done for the climate control station. The radio I never had a problem with but I would clean that up also. I did this several years ago and the climate control works perfectly. It doesn't cost anything but a little time. Taking the front trim off is not that bad and gives you plenty of access. Remove a few screws, unplug the different modules and take them apart. Hope this helps.
