Hi i am a new member,
I have a95 corvette . Not used much ,just summer. The problem i am having is the buttons, not all.but some do work. Change temp- and on off. Someonre said there is a way to clean contacts or control heads. I dont trust the chevy dealers.Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Marty

The control unit can be removed from the car after removing the dash trim surround. Once the control unit is loose, disconnect the wiring harness and use the eraser from a common pencil to clean the IC board contacts. Rub gently and re-install.

BTW, welcome to the CAC!! If your car is dark green, it's called Polo Green and by far, the best of the colors!!:_rock

Thanks for the information. I will try this weekend. I will let you know how it went.Marty

yes, If im not mistaken, you have to remove the center console around the gear shifter first, then the dash / HVAC surround will come off.

Going to do clean mine up this fall.. (which is really trying to start now)

Keep us posted
