well the shop put 3 master cylinders on and 3 slave cylinders on........they sent my car home to me on a tow truck ...still cant get a good pedal feel and car is undriveable...........so i get home and bleed the system completly....no air at all...thats a good sign but still a mushy pedal.....so i crawl under and watch as the pedal is pushed the clutch fork moves around a inch with no delay from pedal to it moves............i kinda feel there may be another problem with the clutch and pressure plate...which is also new......if anyone has any ideas i would love to hear them..........as i have a car with a 3400.00 richmond trans(also new) and a 1500.00 labor bill and a car in my driveway that cant be driven..........PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME before i scrap a vette

First ...what year? Second...did you remove the slave and tilt the bleeder upward when you blead the system?

its a 85 and i let the slave hang down with the bleeder facing up and i did this with a vacume bleeder(mity-vac)....the shop has tried every way the know of....none worked so i got a 1500.00 bill and a tow ride home

I am wondering if the fork is seated properly on the ball...it is easily moved when you put the tranny in. I also hope you didn't put the clutch in backwards. I'm not an expert, but these are a few things I would look at.

i can see in the bellhousing with a light and the ball looks seated...it was installed by a shop and they couldnt get it to bleed so i got my bill and a flatbed tow home??????/ kinda sucks huh...........i am sure the clutch is in correctly because i can drive if i pump the hell out of the clutch pedal.......seems like still air in there but i cant figure it out............really getting to me now
