Anyone have any ideas where to start on this problem? The ses comes on for about 15-25 secs then goes back off. It says I have a right O2 sensor circuit open. Could it just be a loose connection or something else? That is the only code it is giving me except the 12.

Need you to look

If the 93 has the 1 wire sender (Which I think it does) it uses the exhaust pipe for ground, the O2 sensors come loose. When they get loose, exhaust gasses leak past and make the conection high resistance (Bad 02 output). When the pipe heats up the threads expand giving you just enough to make a connection and clear a code. I would venture not the correct reading though.

Remember the O2 sensor is a mini generator sending a VOLTAGE back to the ECM.

Let the car cool..take a trip to the DARK SIDE ( underneath ) try to tighten it.

Luke...use the wrench.. NO DON'T FORCE IT!

This is an ECM code right?

Not CCM
