How or where does my 89 stock L98 compete with other sports cars out there like the Mustang, Camaro, TA?? And what years?

your 89 should smoke 4.6 mustang GT's. run with cobra's besides the 03. run close to LT1 camaro's if not even and get outrunned by LS1 camaro's and trans ams.

we run low 14's stock 14.2-14.6ish

Only the newest stuff should be able to consistently beat you if youre a good driver. New Cobras, LS1s will beat you almost every time.

LT1 camaros/TAs, if you get them at the line youve got them.

That makes sense then, friend of mine took me out yesterday in his 99 LS1 TA. I wasnt able to see it beside my vet, but it felt like it had a whole lot more power than mine.
