Im trying to pull codes from the computer and it does all of them but when it gets to module 9 its reads Err on the screen.. I thought there was a serial link problem so I check the line to see if it was open from the ebtcm behind the drivers seat to the DLC and the line was fine.. all my lights having to do with traction and abs and asr are illuminated on the display.. Any Help is appreciated..

If you see "Err" in the I/P display that means the CCM cannot establish communication with the controller for the module selected. So, if you're seeing "Err" when you select module 9.0 that means the CCM was unable to establish a link with the EBTCM. You may be able to get the fault codes out of the EBTCM by using a scan tester or by using flash-code diagnostics.

I'd start by checking the grounds for the ABS/TCS along with all wires and connections associated with ABS/TCS.

For information on C4 ABS/TCS see:
Corvette Action Center | Tech | Stop to Match the Go - All About C4 Antilock Brakes and Traction Control

You may find an answer there but if you don't you'll need the factory service manual. You also may need a scan tester and a DVM.
Good luck!
