Well, the label info, 1996 Y LT4 .... should mean 1996 Corvette LT4 (Corvette is considered the Y car) I doubt you will be able to tell if it came form a CE or not, I am sure the computer is the same for all LT4 'Vettes

The Computer (PCM) is the same on all of the 96's. It's the program inside that changes. Just reflash it with your program if it's for a auto car (read LT1)
