Convertible top adjustment

I own a 2004 convertible and have had an on going problem with the top leaving rub marks on the tonneau cover near each end when the top is lowered and raised. It seems that the metal ribbing is leaving the marks. This is a manual top. Is there any adjustment that can be made to take care of this problem ????

I am going to keep an eye on the thread because my 2000 is doing the same thing.

My 01 did the same thing. Dealer seemed unable to fix. Read a thread here with photo's showing how to adjust the top.....no problems since. Do a thread search.........the adjustment was simple and worked like a charm........
