Cool down 93 coupe - new electric fans

I am a new vette owner and am seeing high temps running around town. I have seen all the other posts and see that around 190 to 230 is normal. Has anyone installed electric fans and if so, have they noticed any difference.

Yes they are. What I was wondering if there are aftermarket fans that are better?
