how much coolant does a 90 take approx?

14.65 qt. for cars equipped with automatic transmissions, 14.51 qt. for cars with manual transmissions. The LT-5 has a radiator capacity of 16.7 qts.

90 coolent capacity

If your 90 is an L98 it takes 16 qts. Just replaced my water pump, hoses, flushed and drained the entire block. and I put just about 4 mixed gallons of antifreeze in her. Not including the overflow tank

All I know is what the book tells me; never measured it myself.

The owners manual for the 1990 also states 16.1 qts. So it's right on for volume. I wonder if the book has a typo or just mis information.:confused
