Site Update: Corvette Action Center is Moving

Just wanted to give everyone a heads-up that the Corvette Action Center site is going to be moved on to a new server within 24 hours and the site may be down for up to 24 - 48 hours while the move is being conducted.

The current server that the site is on is old and running out of space, so a new, faster server is needed. I'll keep everyone posted as I learn more.

You never cease to amaze me... always on top of things and providing the Corvette Action Center Community with the BEST as always... THANK YOU!! Hopefully during the transition you find a little time be it 12 hours or so for a little personal time and SOME FUN!!

Unfortunately, the site has grown in size so much and become so popular, that the server doesn't have enough disk space left for core operating system software to update and it's beginning to bog down during periods of heavy traffic. Given the age of the server, it's not surprising. Sooooooooooooo....a new set of wheels is needed!

The weather here in NH is supposed to be awesome this weekend, so I'm hoping for some good quality time behind the wheel of my Vette.

Lets see if the new set of underpinnings can keep up with the growth of the CAC. Given the last few years i have been privileged to be part of this family, and seeing it's growth, you'll have to give it a HP ProLiant 8th Gen with SSDs and 6T of space soon.
