Tuna Dobbins and his wife, Susan, captains of the Oklahoma/Texas Panhandle Caravan Group. They have already traveled hundreds of miles in their 2013 60th Anniversary Corvette, beginning in their hometown of Mustang, Oklahoma.

Yea Ha!

Tuesday evening in Cape Girardeau was a great time. Besides the Caravan rolling into town, they set up a parade for the local Corvette owners with the paraded ending downtown on Water Street, right next to the Mississippi River. The Caravan participant's Corvettes were parked on Main Street and every crossing street in town. The city was filled with residents from the local area. There was a DJ playing oldies, local and state police displays, a dining tent with food catered by Popeye's Chicken and Biscuits. There were several good restaurants and adult watering holes to visit also. Susan and I took advantage of an ice cream parlor we knew first.

Cape Girardeau is really neat town and they did a great job hosting our combined Southwest Caravan Group.
