Corvette is nominated in several categories as part of the upcoming “AutoRox” awards show to be featured on Spike TV on January 25, 2005 at 9:00 p.m. “The Ride of 05” and “Maximum G Sports Car 2005” are just a few of the categories Corvette will be featured in. AutoRox is the first ever nationally televised Auto Awards Show where the cars are the stars. The 90-minute show will air on <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn /><st1:date Month=Tuesday, January 25, 2005</st1:date> on Spike TV. (Check local listings for your area) AutoRox will celebrate the automobile as an icon and what it represents in this country -- freedom, style, speed, music, luxury and personality. Place your votes by visiting the Spike TV site at: http://www.spiketv.com/shows/series/index.jhtml?seriesID=12815&refID=autorox

I voted for Corvette in every category that I could, but I admit that I did vote for the Mustang Boss 500 in the muscle car category.

I like the fact that for the Speed Demon category that the Corvette they are showing is the oldest car out of all the choices. A 1988 Corvette vs. a 2004 Ultima GTR and a 2003 Viper SRT10. Good Stuff.

Oh, did I forget to tell y'all who won the Car of The Year award? :L

Was there a doubt?

As if we really had to guess about that one. :D I don't think anyone in this forum had a doubt about it. Let the good times roll.
